The technical staff meetings are conducted on a monthly basis at the Engineering Division’s HR building. Our Technical support team invites 10 mechanics from different customer sites, workshops, and organisations.
The main objective of these sessions are to educate and impart knowledge to the mechanics on lubricants; especially ENOC products, their application, and the different grades. They keep them informed and up-to-date of any new lubricant technology, and products introduced to the market. Any new vehicle information related to the usage of lubricants, oil interval changes, testing of oil samples and its benefits, and how to reduce cost per litre (CPL) for their companies and organisations are also shared.
These sessions run for 2 hours after which the mechanics are offered breakfast, and leave with an Autostar goody bag which includes coveralls used at their workplace.
