As part of our outreach and brand support, Autostar conducts periodic meetings with the technicians of our customers, and orientate them to fully understand our products and services. We also offer training and discuss topical and current issues and challenges. Our technical support team invites a number of mechanics from different customer sites, workshops, and organisations. Our goal is to create awareness of our products and services, and use these mechanics as ambassadors for us within various workshops. We educate them on lubricants, batteries, tyres, and spare parts. Moreover, we keep them informed and up-to-date of any new technology and products introduced to the market.
